Team Ravenous Has Two Fighters Matched Up At PFC 4

WesternMassMMA.com is pleased to announce the upcoming match-ups for Team Ravenous Coach and Student. 

On February 5th, 2011 at Springfield’s Hippodrome.  Doors open at 6:30pm.  All tickets are general admission so contact Jeremy or Sarah for your tickets today.  Contact information will follow after the break.

Jeremy Reipold is co-founder of Team Ravenous Mixed Martial Arts located in American Taekwondo Association’s dojo located in South Deerfield, MA.  Jere has trained for several years building a reputation as a solid Jiu Jitsu practitioner, nationally ranked grappler, and has successfully trained two amateur MMA fighters to wins along side Pro Fighter and Team Ravenous Coach, Todd Selva.  He captured his own personal victory on Sept.11th, 2010 when he stepped into the cage against Fred Mandracchia. 

His training routine consists of daily hikes with his teammates and two dogs through snow covered trails in the nearby wooded parks of Greenfield, MA.  He maintains his strength and physical conditioning with the aid of conditioning program developed for him by Selva.  These include free weight and body weight exercises.

In his upcoming match-up against Nicholas Pallini of Pennsylvania Jere has expressed the desire to finish the fight standing. 

Sarah Payant, 21, and already a veteran martial artist with heavy hands and brutal kicks.  She is the sole female on the Team Ravenous roster and trains three days a week routinely at ATA.  She successfully obtained her Trunks under the watchful eye of Denise Boyer a veteran Muay Thai fighter and coach from Philly.

Payant is a nationally ranked grappler and a personal trainer.  She is facing Jennifer Rivera of Team Mixed Breed.  Payant although new to MMA is ready and waiting for the dispatch of her first opponent in the cage.
