Over the weekend the news trickled out that Rob Font from Sityodtong was signed with the UFC. Rob is the #1 ranked 145lber in New England. He brings to the UFC his 10-1 record along with his 3 ko/tko, 3 submissions and 4 decision victories. His only loss came in his pro debut against Dez Green in which he lost a decision. According to
BloodyElbow.com he will be cutting to 135lbs to make his debut against Douglas Silva de Andrade at UFC 175. If this comes to fruition Douglas has a 22-1 record with 18 ko/tko victory. This will be Rob Font's biggest fight to date and it looks like he will be facing a heavy hitter.
