Combat Zone returns this Friday to the Rockingham Park in Salem NH with their 54th event.  This show will be a mixed event with Muay Thai and MMA which worked out really well for them at the last event.  The Main event is the much anticipated rematch between Danny Abad and Jake Pilla for the 145 lb title.  There are a total of 10 matches for the evening and 4 of them are Muay Thai 6 of them will be Mixed Martial Arts.  I, myself and the fans enjoyed the variety of Muay Thai and MMA fights and it helps showcase fighters who may not want to fight blown MMA and just fight the art of Muay Thai.  Tickets are still available at the link here and start at just $40 bux.  Follow along with me as I break down the fight card for you all.

In the main event Danny Abad takes on the champ Jake Pilla for the 145 lb title.  In the first meeting Abad missed weight so it wasn't for the title but he won the upset by decision.  Luckily for the fans, they both wanted to fight again and it is going to be a good one.  Abad comes into this fight with a 4-2 record and has been training with Jackson/Wink MMA.  He has 1 win by decision, 2 by submission and I wasn't able to find his other win.  His 3 losses came by decision and as you can see in his career he has never been finished.  His opponent is Jake Pilla who comes into this fight with a 4-1 record.  He trains out of NETT and 2 wins by submission and 2 by ko/tko.  His only loss came by decision to Abad.  Both fighters know what is at stake in this fight and they are going to give it their all!
