Buck Pineau: “ I will be head hunting this fight, looking for that knockout”

[Toe 2 Toe Fights Press Release]

PORTLAND, ME (September 27, 2015) – Portland, Maine’s most popular fighter returns to the Toe 2 Toe cage October 3rd to face Gracie Tampa fighter Terry Janoski in his professional debut. A caretaker to the mentally and physically disabled, Buck Pineau breaks the mold of your stereotypical Mixed martial arts fighter. Pineau has the heart of gold both as a father of two and a third shift CT worker but posses the ability to shed the latter to put on the face of a warrior once he steps into the cage. Armed with elbows, knee’s, and fists of chiseled armor he’s earned through hours of preparation for just mere minutes in a cage, Portland’s own is humble to his own prowess.

“I am really excited for this fight with Terry! I am very appreciative that he took this fight! I’m grateful for this opportunity to get back into the Toe 2 Toe cage and showcase the skills I feel I have yet to put on display...” Says Pineau

A gifted striker, Pineau is fully in tune with his 6’1” frame and has the ability to use every inch of reach to his advantage with brutal strikes and quick combinations that make him a severe threat on the feet.

“Not just for this fight, but in general I feel like my advantage is on my feet… I will take the opportunities presented to me as the fight progresses, but I feel like my biggest chance for success is to stuff takedowns and let my hands fly. I will be headhunting this fight, looking for that knockout.”

Janoski (0-0) is a Gracie Tampa fighter under the direction of UFC veteran Matt Arroyo. A skilled ground fighter, Janoski too will hold an advantage in the bout, but his comes by way of his Jiu Jitsu technique. A successful amateur career posting a 5-3 record has prepared Janoski for his professional debut October 3rd. Janoski, Built like a college linebacker will look to execute his superior ground game to nullify the vicious strikes Pineau will look to implore on him.

A stylistic clash of technique and game plan set the tone for a match surely to impress as each fighter looks to keep the fight within his arsenal of weapons.
