When a fighter backs out for no reason, it delays the careers of their opponents... Promoters lose money and such. I think those fighters should be suspended for at least six months... Life happens. That's understandable. But when people back out without an explanation, I honestly feel like they are scared of their opponent.Pound Cakenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4953369160015866134.post-91403931767570091902012-05-22T14:33:27.780-04:002012-05-22T14:33:27.780-04:00great work guys, see u july 8th, hopefully and def...great work guys, see u july 8th, hopefully and def august 3rd to get our 145 belt ;)Mike TPSnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4953369160015866134.post-50727856538989323532012-05-21T20:15:15.846-04:002012-05-21T20:15:15.846-04:00Its not just to team ravenous...it happens to ever...Its not just to team ravenous...it happens to every team. its very unsportmanlike and i think the commission should suspend case by case depending on how close it is to weigh ins..if its an injury related then let the fighter get a doctor's note and prove it. If they are injured, a suspension wouldn't mean that much because they couldn't fight with an injury too soon anyways!CityBoyhttp://www.westernmassmma.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4953369160015866134.post-17402150656311968062012-05-21T19:32:32.965-04:002012-05-21T19:32:32.965-04:00Nice job, CityBoy!! Actually, I am bit surprised that she fought at 155Ibs since I don't often see this weight with WMMA fighters. Denise was not at the level of Marina. Maybe that's why she tweeted she may drop to 145Ibs since it's rare to find opponents of her size.Strongwoman66noreply@blogger.com
