COMBAT ZONE 49 6/27/2014 REVIEW

We arrived with ample time and went on a shopping spree at the Rockingham Mall before the event.  Then we meandered over to the Rockingham Park track and found our spots.  First thing we noticed is the 6 foot trophy donated from Chang's Tae Kwon Do school for the fight of the night winner.  Combat Zone had some last minute changes but all of the fights are still intact.  There are 11 fights total tonight including one female bout and four pro fights.  John Vena was the host for the evening and Mark Oliveri was the DJ.  The arena was packed with fight fans. John English and Jimmy Bickford are the refs for the night. The stitchman Rick Pistone is in the house to take care of any bloody fighters. Julie Fisher sang the national anthem and did a fantastic job. The beautiful ring girls are looking hawt and the fans are loving the new ring girl attire (or lack thereof)! Follow along as I recap the evening.
