Warchild and I made the trip south to Westfield Mass for the Premier FC 27. This is a new venue for them and it is the Roots Athletic Center. Walking in you see the indoor soccer field and the nets. There are beer vendors and food vendors for fight fans to enjoy whatever they desire and right in the center near the back is the beautiful PFC cage. There are a total of 10 fights as 1 fight dropped off due to fighter not weighing in at chosen weight. The refs are Marcel Varela and Steve Rita. The nation anthem has been sung and the fights are about to being. Please follow along as I recap the night.
145 AM Omaree Alamo ( 0-0 Thornton MMA) vs. Adam Bonderenko (SSSF 0-0)
Adam rushes in and gets the double leg takedown. They are up against the cage and Adam is trying to pull him away for some space. Adam postures up and gets in some punches and Omaree pushes him off and has both feet up in the air of Adam. He goes back into guard as the round ends.

Rd 2: Adam tries for another takedown and Omaree is swinging hard to make him pay for it. They settle down and Adam has Omaree up against the cage and has the underhooks. He gets the takedown and is right in full mount. He bucks him off and Adam grabs hold of Omaree's leg. Omaree pulls his leg free and Omaree has Adam's back briefly. They roll and Adam takes the top position and moves to full mount. Omaree sits up and just pushes Adam off. Adam is trying for a triangle and Omaree slams him to the mat. Adam still is trying for a triangle and Omaree slams him down to the mat once again. The crowd erupts.

Both fighters get in a leg kick. Nick gets in another leg kick that sends Alfonso to the mat real quick. They are back to their feet and these guys are kicking hard. Alfonso gets in a knee to the body. Alfonso gets in an outside leg kick. Alfonso's leg is getting real red. Alfonso ties Nick up and gets Nick to the mat. Alfonso is in guard and not much action until the end of the round.

Rd 2: Nick gets in a few punches and Alfonso gets the takedown. He moves to full mount and gets in a few punches. Alfonso gets in 2 more hard punches from the top. Nick is bucking trying to get Alfonso off but to no avail. Alfonso is trying for an arm triangle as the round ends.

Yorrick goes high with a kick. AJ picks Yorrick up but he stands heavy and thwarts the takedown. AJ is trying again for the takedown and to no avail. They break as the 10 second timer goes off and Yorrick goes high for another kick.

Abrar kicks him off and they are back to their feet. Neil gets another takedown. He postures up and is trying hard for the stoppage. He gets it!
