Warchild and I made the trip with no problems. Found our spot on the adjacent parking lot and it was packed. We found our spot and walked in and the place was packed with fight fans. There are Prime Athletics and Get Punched booth as the fans walk in selling there merch. There are two big screens showing the action for the fans so there is absolutely no way they will miss the action. Of course this is the Palladium so the sound system is insane in here. I could feel the bass as I walked into the cage area. Word at the cage is Asa Zorn and Chris Suarez are MIA. Marty Caproni is the announcer for the evening. 155 AM Davon Zimmerman (RGFT 0-0) vs. Concepcion Marquez (1-0 Independent)
Marquez gets the quick takedown and is now working the side. Davon works his way up and they are clinched. Both fighters are exchanging knees. Concepcion gets the single leg takedown. He takes the back briefly but can't secure the hooks. Davon works his way up and Concepcion takes him back down. Davon works his way up and gets in a solid knee with a clean right hand.

Vinnie gets the roll and is on top briefly. They roll again and Shawn has the top briefly as the round ends.

Yeison is overpowering Todd with his muay thai. Todd goes down but the ref stops it for a second due to a downed kick. Fight is back on and Yeison connects with a solid kick. Todd gets the fight to the ground and moves to full mount. He is trying to get the finish but Yeison is intelligently defending himself. Yeison uses the cage and gets the reverse. He gets in some hammerfists and then backs off. Sweeney stands back up and Yeison drops him again with a punch and finishes him off with some ground and pound.

The fight fans all came out to Woosta to see some fights and Premier FC brought it. Over 2000 fans packed the Palladium and it was loud in there! So loud I couldn't hear Marty on the mic giving the time of the fights so thankfully the TimeKeeper kept holding up the time on a whiteboard for me! The lighting in the Palladium was awesome and that helps with the fight photos tremendously. Thanks to Warchild for taking all the photos for us. The fighters brought it that night for sure! The ring girls looked beautiful and the sound system in the place was crazy good. Thanks to all the WMASSMMA fans who followed along with our live play by play. See you all next Friday at Combat Zone!
