I totally spaced that Reality Fighting was coming up but I just received the fight card and wanted to do a full teaser for you all.  There are many great fights on the card as usual which should make for a solid night of fights.  Reality Fighting is taking place this Saturday at Mohegan Sun which is an awesome place to spend time and enjoy fights.  It is a mix of amateur and professional fight with a total of 15 fight.  Two of the fights on the night will be title fights.  Let me break down the fight card for you all.  If you can't make the show FloCombat.com will be streaming it if you are a member. Keep in mind this will probably not be the exact fight order.

185 AM Jason Francisco (0-0) Plus One Defense vs. Sean Stone (0-1) WMMA

The first fight of the night is between Jason Franciso and Sean Stone.  Jason will be making his amateur debut and he trains with Plus One Defense.  His opponent is Sean Stone and he trains with WMMA.  He comes into this fight with an 0-1 record with his first loss by split decision against Sean Bettencourt.  It was a great back and forth battle so this should be another good one.

155 AM Kenneth Rayside (1-7) Kai's Next Level MMA  vs. Davon Zimmerman (3-8) Renzo Gracie CT

Next up is a 155 lb battle between Kenneth Rayside and Davon Zimmerman.  Rayside trains with Kai's Next Level MMA and comes into this fight with a 1-7 record.  He has his 1 win by way of submission and the majority of his losses were by submission and tko to strikes.  His opponent is Davon Zimmerman and he trains with Renzo Gracie CT.  He comes into this fight with a 3-8 record with 1 win by ko/tko, 1 sub and 1 by decision.  For his losses, he lost most by decision.  Very close record which should make for a razor close battle.

145 AM Youssef Kadi (0-0) Renzo Gracie NH vs. Chris Robinson (0-1) Renzo Gracie CT

At 145 lbs Youssef Kadi will be taking on Chris Robinson.  Kadi trains with Renzo Gracie NH and will be making his amateur debut.  His opponent is Chris Robinson and he trains with Renzo Gracie CT.  Chris comes into this fight with an 0-1 record with 1 loss by split decision to Sam Ayers.  Two new fighters are vying for your attention and looking to put on a show this Saturday.

170 AM Pat Chard (0-0) vs. Joe Mikolinski (1-0) FAA CT

At 170 lbs Pat Chard is set to take on Joe Mikolinski in the amateur division.  Chard will be making his amateur debut and I am not sure what team he is from at this time.  His opponent is Joe Mikolinski and he trains out of Fighting Arts Academy in CT.  He comes into this fight with an 1-0 record with his first win by decision at a former CES event by decision.

170 AM Chizy Uwaga (1-0) Plus One Defense vs. Diego Onishi (0-1)

Next is another amatuer fight between Chizy Uwaga and Diego Onishi at 170 lbs.  Chizy trains out of Plus One Defense and comes into this fight with a 1-0 record.  He won his first fight by decision against Steve Morrell at a former Reality Fighting event.  His opponent is Diego Onishi and he comes into this fight with an 0-1 record.  He lost his amateur debut by  ko/tko in Rd 1 against Pat Casey at a previous Reality Fighting event.

125 AM Mamdou Nasr (1-2) Kai's Next Level MMA vs. Justin Valentin (3-1) Underdog BJJ

At 125 lbs Mamdou Nasr will be facing off against Justin Valentin.  Nasr trains with Kai's Next Level MMA and comes into this fight with a 1-2 record.  He won his only battle by submission in Round 1.  For his losses, he  lost two fights by way of submission.  His opponent is Justin Valentin and he trains with Underdog BJJ in Ct.  He comes into this fight with a 3-1 record with 2 wins by submission and 1 by decision.  His only loss came by a unanimous decision to Jose Lugo.  I think it is pretty safe to predict that this fight is going to end by submission :)

205 AM TITLE Yorgan Decastro (2-3)  vs. William Knight (6-1) Thornton

In the 205 lb division Yorgan Decastro will be fighting William Knight for the coveted Reality Fighting title.  Yorgan comes into this fight with a 2-3 record.  For his wins, he won 1 by ko/tko and 1 by decision.  In the loss column, he lost 1 by ko/tko and 2 by way of decision.  His opponent is William Knight and he trains with Thorton Martial Arts.  He comes into this fight with a 6-1 record with all of them finishes, 4 ko/tko and 2 submissions.  His only loss came by a decision to Jose Campos however that was in the heavyweight division.  Knight currently has two titles with two separate promotions in New England and is now seeking his 3rd!  I think this will be a tough opponent for Knight and I think it will be a back and forth battle.

135 AM Mike Kimbel (3-3) Thunder vs. Justin Kristie (1-2) Ultimate MMA

At 135 lbs Mike Kimbel will be taking on Justin Kristie.  Kimbel trains with Team Thunder and comes into this fight with a 3-3 record.  He has won all 3 of his wins by ko/tko and has shown some very good striking as of late.  For his losses, he lost 1 by ko/tko 1 by sub and 1 by way of decision.  His opponent is Justin Kristie and he trains with Ultimate MMA.  He comes into this fight with a 1-2 record with his sole win by submission.  In the loss column, he lost 1 by ko/tko and one by split decision.  I think this fight is going to be a stand up battle but I do think Kristie has the better ground game and can win if he can get the fight there.

AM Ronnie Arana (2-4) Kai's Next Level MMA vs. Ali Zebian (3-3) FAA

Next up is another amateur battle between Ronnie Arana and Ali Zebian.  Arana trains with Kai's Next Level MMA and comes into this fight with a 2-4 record.  In the win column, he won 1 win by submission and 1 by decision.  For his losses, he lost 1 by ko/tko, 1 by sub and 2 by way of decision.  His opponent is Ali Zebian and he trains out of Fighting Arts Academy.  He comes into this fight with a 3-3 record with all 3 wins by ko/tko.  For his losses, he lost 2 by submission and 1 by split decision.  Zebian is always in exciting fights and stays busy so it should be another solid battle.

AM Elias Morales (0-1) Plus One Defense vs. Manu Delerme (0-1) Renzo Gracie CT

Elias Morales will be taking on Manu Delerme in the amateur division this Saturday.  Morales trains with Plus One Defense and comes into this fight with an 0-1 record.  He lost his first fight by decision to Alex Ortiz.  He is still hungry for his first mma victory.  His opponent is Manu Delerme and he trains with Renzo Gracie Ct.  He steps into this fight with an 0-1 record with 1 loss by decision.  Two fighters who are both looking for their first win and one of them will be getting just that this Saturday!

145 AM Jordan Riley (1-2) vs. Sam Ayers (1-0) FAA

Then at 145 lbs Jordan Riley will be taking on Sam Ayers.  Riley steps into this fight with a 1-2 record 1 win by submission and 1 loss by ko/tko and 1 by decision.  His opponent is Sam Ayers and he trains with Fighting Arts Academy.  He steps into this fight with a 1-0 record with 1 win by split decision against Chris Robinson at the Reality Fighting in January.

155 AM Austin Schalla (1-7) Dexter MMA vs. Nick Giulietti (2-1) Ultimate MMA

At 155 lbs Austin Schalla will be taking on Nick Giulietti in the amateur division.  Schalla trains with Dexter's MMA and he comes into this fight with a 1-7 record.  He has his sole win by submission.  For his losses, he lost 5 by decision, 1 by DQ and 1 by submission.  His opponent is Nick Giulietti and he trains with Ultimate MMA.  Nick comes into this fight with a 2-1 record with 1 win by ko/tko and 1 by decision with 1 loss by ko/tko.  It may look like a mismatch here but Austin is a good scrapper so I see this being a stand up battle to a decision.

115 AM TITLE Destiny Quinones (4-8) Kai's vs. Grace Nowak (2-3) Behring Jiu Jitsu New York

In the second title fight of the night Destiny Quinones will be facing off against Grace Nowak at 115 lbs.  Destiny trains out of New York with Kai's Next Level MMA and comes into this fight with a 4-8 record.  For her wins, she has 2 by ko/tko and 2 by decision.  In the loss column she lost 1 by ko/tko, 3 by submission and 4 by decision.  Her opponent is Grace Nowak and she trains with Behring Jiu Jitsu.  She comes into this fight with a 2-3 record with both wins by submission.  For her losses, she lost 2 by ko/tko and 1 by submission.  This is gonna be a solid scrap as the women always bring it each and every time.

185 PRO Mike Diorio (0-0) Cortland Elite vs. Sean Evans (1-1) BST

In the main event Mike Diorio will be facing Sean Evans in the 185 pro fight.  Mike trains with Cortland Elite and will be making his pro debut.  As an amateur he went 5-0 will all wins by decision.  His opponent is Sean Evans who trains out of BST.  He comes into this fight with a 1-1 record with 1 loss by ko/tko and 1 win by submission.  This is a fight worthy of a main event and a contender for fight of the night.  I see it being a grueling battle of who can keep each other to the mat.
