NEF Fight Night Maine III June 16th 2012 Full Review

Arrived nice and early at the Androscoggin Arena and found our seats.   As said in the teaser the parking you had to pay for but they had a nice free section for the media/fighters and staff. After the 3.5 hour drive up to Maine we found some chicken tenders, burgers and french fries at the concession stand. The new cage is all set up and it looks beautiful.  Warchild and I see our good friend Old School and family and promoter Nick DiSalvo.  The Irish Hand Grenade is walking around signing autographs and meeting fans.  For vendors we saw SuckerPunch, Kill Their Will, Fight It Out and Old School FightWear.  We have 16 fights for the evening.  It may seem like alot of fights but NEF has everything pretty streamlined.  Fighters go in one end and then walk out the other end and the doctors check them out there.  John Vena is our host for the evening.  Another thing I enjoy about this setup is like CES and Reality, New England Fights has two big monitors for fans to enjoy the action in case something blocks their view. The ring girls are looking bright with their neon colors and looking hot.  Nick DiSalvo and Matt Peterson have done a fine job on the setup and matchmaking.  Kelly MacDonald from Crossface Productions is the main photographer so make sure you all by your favorite posters of your favorite pictures from her. The place is starting to fill up, I estimate around 3000-3500 people so let's begin.  Please follow along as we recap the evening.
