Reality Fighting is ready to return this Friday, May 4th at Mohegan Sun in CT.  Joe Cuff and Kipp have been working hard on putting together a super grappling and mixed martial arts hybrid show.  The first part of the night from 7pm-8:30pm will be the super grappling submission matches and then the mma portion starting at 8:30pm.  There are a total of 9 mma fights and 16 grappling matches.  The grappling matches 5 minutes 1 round submission only to win so they will be rolling out quick.  Mohegan Sun Casino is an amazing place to watch fights and the casino is just gorgeous with so much to do at the casino.  The grappling matches still have a few left to match but they are found below.  I will be only breaking down the mma portion but I do want to point out that the grappling matches are huge names and going to be awesome to watch live.  Please follow long as I break down the fight card.  This should be close to the order.

Reality is still looking for an opponent if you want in!

225 AM Robbie Thomson (0-0  Whaling City MMA) vs. Yuri Panferov (1-0 Ultimate MMA)

Next up at 225 Robbie Thomson will be taking on Yuri Panferov.  Robbie will be making his amateur debut and trains with Whaling City MMA with Brennan Ward. His opponent is Yuri Panferov and he is from Ultimate MMA.  He comes into this fight with a 1-0 record with 1 win by submission.  Another close battle that should make for a solid battle.

170 AM Elias Morales (2-2 Plus One ) vs. Billy Goff (2-1 Dexter MMA)

At 170 lbs Elias Morales will be facing off against Billy Goff.  Elias trains with Plus One Defense and comes into this fight with a 2-2 record.  In the win column, he has 1 win by ko/tko and 1 win by submission.  For his losses, he lost 1 by submission and 1 by decision.  His opponent is Billy Goff and he trains with Dexter MMA.  He comes into this fight with a 2-1 record with both wins by way of ko/tko.  His one loss came by submission.  Both record are very close and they both have proven they can hit hard.  This should be a stand up battle.

145 MMA Jordan Riley (2-2 Nitsuj) vs. Kenneth Rayside (2-10 Kai's)

At 145 lbs Jordan Riley will be squaring off against Kenneth Rayside.  Riley trains with Nitsuj MMA and he comes into this fight with a 2-2 record with both wins by way of submission.  For his losses, he lost 1 by ko/tko and 1 by decision.  His opponent is Kenneth Rayside and he trains with Kai's Next Level MMA.  He comes into this fight with a 2-10 record with 1 win by ko/tko and 1 by submission. For his losses, he lost 6 by ko/tko, 3 by submission and 1 by decision.  I see this one being a ground battle.

125 AM Justin Valentin (4-1 Underdog) vs. Harris Bonfiglio (2-3 Ultimate MMA)

Then at 125 lbs Justin Valentin will be taking on Harris Bonfiglio.  Justin trains with Underdog BJJ and comes into this fight with a 4-1 record.  In the win column, he has 3 wins by submission and 1 win by decision.  His one loss came by a decision to Jose Lugo at a previous Warrior Nation event.  His opponent is Harris Bonfiglio and he trains with Ultimate MMA.  He steps into this fight with a 2-3 record with both wins by ko/tko.  For his losses, he lost 1 by ko/tko and 2 by way of decision.  I see this one being a back and forth battle and coming down to a decision.

205 PRO Tom Velasquez (1-4 Team Endgame) vs. William Knight (0-0 Thornton)

In the first pro fight Tom Velasquez will be taking on William Knight at 205 lbs.  Tom trains with Team Endgame and comes into this fight with a 1-4 record.  His sole win is by submission and for his losses, he lost 1 by ko/tko and 3 by submission.  His opponent is William Knight and he will be making his much awaited pro debut.  He trains with Thornton Martial Arts and as an amateur he went 8-1 with 4 first round finishes.  When these two go head to head I expect it to be a quick battle as they are both finishers.

105 AM TITLE Grace Nowak (2-5 Behring Jiu Jitsu ) vs. Marisa Messer-Belenchia (3-1 Calandrelli  MMA)

Grace Nowak will be taking on Marisa Messer-Belenchia in the Reality Fighting Amateur Atomweight title.  Grace trains with Behring Jiu Jitsu and comes into this fight with a 2-5 record.  For her wins, she has both wins by submission and for her losses, she has 2 by ko/tko, 1 by submission and 2 by decision.  Her opponent is Marisa Messer-Belenchia and she trains with Calandrelli MMA.  She comes into this fight with a 3-1 record with 1 win by ko/tko and 2 by decision.  Her one loss came by a split decision to Jillian DeCoursey who has went to fight for Invicta.  Marisa has had countless of fights cancelled recently so this one is one many in New England, including myself are looking forward to!  I see this one being a ground battle and Marisa winning the title by submission.

185 PRO Armus Guytin (1-0 Bombsquad) vs. Sean Evans (1-2 Independent)

Next up is a 185 pro fight between Armus Guytin and Sean Evans.  Guytin trains with Bombsquad and comes into this fight with a 1-0 record.  He won his pro debut against Tommy Lee Davis by ko/tko at CES 48.  His opponent is Sean Evans and he is an independent fighter.  He comes into this fight with a 1-2 record with 1 win by submission.  For his losses, he lost 1 by ko/tko and 1 by decision.  I see this one being a close battle and it is going to come down to who can work their takedowns.

145 PRO Andre Belcarris (0-2 Independent) vs. Chris Disonell (0-0 Renzo Gracie Latham)

At 145 lbs Andre Belcarris will be facing off against Chris Disonell.  Andre is an independent fighter and comes into this fight with an 0-2 record.  He lost 1 fight by submission and 1 fight by decision.  He is still looking for his first pro victory of his career.  His opponent is Chris Disonell and he trains with Renzo Gracie Latham out of NY.  He will be making his pro debut and as an amateur he went 8-2.  He is a finisher with most of his fights ending by ko/tko or by submission.  I see Chris winning this one by ko/tko in Round 2.

170 PRO Daniel Konrad (Serra/Longo 1-0) vs. Jesse Kosakowski (1-0 PSDTC)

Then at 170 lbs Daniel Konrad will be taking on Jesse Kosakowski.  Daniel trains with Serro Longo and steps into this fight with a 1-0 record.   He won his first fight by ko/tko in Switzerland.  His opponent is Jesse Kosakowski and he trains with PSDTC.  He also comes into this fight with a 1-0 record with 1 win by submission.  Jesse is a well rounded fighter who I have seen many times.  He never gives up and is real fun to watch.  I see this one being a fight of the night contender and I think it will be a real close one.

160 PRO Dean Hancock (3-2 ATT CT) vs. TBA
