Press Release--Century Fighting Championship postpones MMA card

Salem, NH – March 26th – New promotion, Century Fighting Championship, has been forced to
postpone their inaugural MMA event, set to take place on March 31st.

On the advisement of the corporation’s attorneys, the CEO of Century made the decision on Friday to postpone the event to
avoid exposing the company to a long term legal situation that could threaten its longevity and/or any single event. The company will rebrand and relaunch under a new name within the next couple
weeks.

A new date will likely be announced within the next week. Ticketholders that request refunds will get a 100% of their money back, and should make requests through the avenue that the purchase was made. Anyone that decides to hold on to their tickets, to transfer to the new event, is being offered a free t-shirt, program and other promotional merchandise the night of the new event. The company has also said that will work to keep as many of the contracted fights already in place for the new date to honor the agreements, with the understanding that some fighters may not be
available.

While ticket sales were slow two weeks prior to the scheduled date of the show, sales skyrocketed over the last week with the front row and premium seating selling out. The company also put several broadcast deals in place and signed partnership agreements with a long list of sponsors, working to offer greater exposure for the fighters and the fans. All efforts are being made to keep all partnerships in place.
