We took advantage of the free casino parking in the parking garage. It was just a short walk from there to the Mass Mutual Center where Premier FC 29 will be taking place. There are a total of 10 mma fights in which 6 of them are amateur and 4 of them will be professional bouts. After a big UFC in Boston last night fight fans are ready for more action in the New England area. The cage is in the middle of the room with VIP tables and then rows behind them. There is one big large screen for fans so there is no reason anyone should miss any action. It is now a little after 7pm and the fights are about to start so please follow along as I try to keep up with all the action.

Before the mma portion there are some grappling matches. I never received a fight card so I am not going to massacre the names but I can tell you that Leon Davis won by d’arce submission with 1 second left in the match.
155 AM Omaree Alamo (0-0 Thornton) vs. Pat Precourt (0-0 Matt Bryers)
Pat gets the takedown and gets in a few punches to the head. They roll and Pat now has the side. Pat is threatening with a kimura and can’t get the finish. He moves to full mount. He is looking for some ground and pound and Omaree slips through the back. They scramble and he gets the back. He is trying for a rear naked choke but can’t get it. He ends up in full mount and gets in some ground and pound as the round ends. What a round!!
Real close, could go either way.
Rd 2: Omaree rushes in with a head kick. Pat gets the takedown and is in guard. Omaree bucks him off and they are back to their feet. Omaree gets in an uppercut and takes him down. Pat sweeps and now has the side an is trying for a kimura. He gets in some ground and pound and Omaree threatens with an armbar.
Rd 3: Pat goes for a takedown and is stuffed. Omaree connects with a hard right and Pat goes for a takedown. He gets it and is now in full mount. Pat postures up and gets in a few punches. He is getting in a bunch of unanswered strikes. Omaree postures off and holds him until the round ends.
Pat Precourt defeats Omaree Alama via unanimous decision.
Premier FC takes a few minutes to introduce the crowd to a precious 7 year old by the name of Cassidy. She was born with some condition that I can’t spell but has had 13 major surgeries so far in her life. She sang God Bless America and everyone gave her a huge round of applause. So awesome!
155 AM Brandon Murphy (1-1 Champ's Boxing Club) vs. Harrison Czajkowksi (0-0 John Ryan)
Brandon gets in a teep to start us off. Brandon catches a kick and connects with a punch. Brandon with another nice combo. Brandon catches a leg kick and pushes Harrison to the mat and gets in a few more punches. Harrison with a jab. Harrison gets in a combo.
Murphy 10-9
Rd 2: Harrison gets in an outside leg kick. Brandon sweeps the leg and Harrison bounces back up. These guys are going at it!! Brandon connects with a straight right that pops the nose. Brandon connects with a head kick. Harrison is tough as nails. He falls to the mat and Brandon is on his back. He is hammering him with punches and the ref has seen enough.
Brandon Murphy defeats Harrison Czajkowski via verbal sumission to strikes at 2:36 in Round 2.
125 AM Broderick Matticks (0-1 Thornton) vs. Kyle Gemme (0-1 Ravenous)
Broderick comes out swinging. Kyle is defensive and Broderick takes him down. Kyle tries for an armbar but can’t get it. As he is standing Broderick takes his back. Kyle bucks him off. Broderick has his back and suplexes him hard. Broderick has his back and is getting in some punches. He gets in half guard as the round ends.
Rd 2: Kyle connects with a right. Broderick takes him down and is in guard. Not much action for a bit and Broderick gets some space. Kyle is trying for an armbar but can’t get anything as the round ends.
Rd 3: They are both swinging. Kyle misses with two big punches. He dives for the takedown and is stuffed. Not much action and ref stops the fight. Kyle connects with a leg kick. Both fighters are showing fatigue. Kyle gets in a combo. Kyle tries for a flying knee as the round ends.
Broderick Matticks defeats Kyle Gemme via unanimous decision.
145 AM Yorrick Anderson (1-0 Radical MMA) vs. Sam Docherty (1-1 Team Link)
Yorrick connects with a leg kick. Sam goes for a takedown but can’t get it. Yorrick trips him and gets the takedown. They are back standing and Yorrick connects with a head kick. Yorrick gets in another combo and finishes it off with a head kick. Yorrick is pressing Sam up against the cage as the round ends.
Rd 2: Yorrick is connecting with some good combos. So far this round is all Yorrick. Sam tries for a takedown but can’t get it. Yorrick is getting in more strikes. Yorrick connects with a head kick that drops Sam. Sam is still hanging in there as the round ends!!
Rd 3: Fight starts up and there is an eye poke. Fight resumes and Yorrick gets Sam to the mat. They are both back standing now and Sam pulls guard. Yorrick is in full mount and Sam gives up the back. Yorrick is trying for rear naked choke as the round ends.
Yorrick Anderson defeats Sam Doherty via unanimous decision.
Premier FC is doing a 50/50 raffle for an organization called Today I Matter which is about helping people who are addicted to drugs.
170 AM Cameron Resinsky (Jordan Riley 1-0) vs. Mark Anthony (Underground 0-0)
Mark gets in the right and Cameron has him to the mat. Cameron goes for a takedown and gets it. Mark is trying to use the cage to stand back up. Cameron is getting in some solid ground and pound. He stays on top the rest of the round.
Mark is slow to get up from the stool and the fight is done.
Cameron Resisnky defeats Mark Anthony by tko as Mark is unable to answer the bell of Round 2.
125 AM Brandon Neiford (1-2 Team Link) vs. Richard Santiago (Underground 0-0)
Before the action starts I was told to give a shoutout to Jason Franklin! Man has been around Premier FC since the beginning and training beasts.
Brandon scoops him up and slams Richard to the mat. Brandon has the back and is trying for rear naked choke. He gets the tap.
Brandon Neiford defeats Richard Santiago via tapout to rear naked choke at 30 seconds in Round 1.
It is now intermission time and there is a band playing some great 90’s music that I used to listen to! Great job!
145 PRO Ian Beatease (NE Assassins 1-3) vs. Kenny Champion ( Golden Falcon 0-0)
Kenny is going high with some kicks. Kenny connects with a right and down goes Ian. He finishes him off with a few more punches and ref stops the fight.

185 PRO Matt Denning (Team Denning 5-9) vs. Yu Ji (Radical MMA 1-0)
They both come out swinging. Yu connects with a punch. Matt presses Yu up against the cage. Yu reverses and gets the takedown. Yu is dropping elbows and gets the ref stoppage.
Yu Ji defeats Matt Denning via tko stoppage to strikes at 1:48 in Round 1.
155 PRO TITLE Josue Borelli (De Jesus Team 4-1) vs. Ali Zebian (Underground 2-1)
They both come out guns blazing. Josue seems to be getting the better of the striking. Ali presses Josue up against the cage. Josue reverses and gets in two knees to the body. They break after a minute and are in the center of the cage. Josue gets in an outside leg kick. Ali dives and gets the double leg take down. He is in half guard and then gets pushed back to guard.
Rd 2: Josue connects with a right that drops Ali. He gets right back up. Ali gets in an outside leg kick. He gets in another snapping one that echoes the arena. Josue misses with a spinning axe kick. Ali gets in another leg kick. Ali catches a leg kick and takes Josue down. He is in guard and looking for some ground and pound. Josue elbows from the bottom and blood is coming from Ali’s nose. Ali postures up and gets in more ground and pound.
Rd 3: They both come out swinging. Ali gets in an inside leg kick. Ali is pressing Josue up against the cage. Both fighters are exchanging knees. Josue is trying to take Ali down as the round ends.
Rd 4: Ali gets in an inside leg kick. Josue gets in a kick to the body. Josue gets another kick in. Ali gets the double leg takedown and is in guard. Josue is trying for a heel hook but Ali gets out. They are back to their feet and Ali connects with a flurry. They are overpowering as one punch drops Josue and the ref stops the fight as he is hurt.
Ali Zebian defeats Josue Borelli via tko stoppage to strikes at 3:20 in Round 4.
205 PRO TITLE Shedrick Goodridge (Driven 7-10) vs. Terrance Jean-Jacques (Team Link 3-2)
Terrance drives for the takedown. He gets him down briefly but Shedrick is right back up to his feet. Terrance gets another takedown and is laying heavy on him. They roll and Terrance eventually gets the back. He is peppering him side to side and gets the ref stoppage.
Terrance Jean Jacques defeats Shedrick Goodridge via ref stoppage to strikes 3:45 in Round 1.
