We arrived and walked into the Rox Stadium for Blockbuster MMA's first show of their existence. They started with a 9 fights and now are down to 6 for today. However, out of the 6 they have 4 pro fights. The event is taking place outside and thankfully the weather is absolutely gorgeous today. Blockbuster MMA has the mayor of Brockton hosting the main event, yes the Mayor Bill Carpenter who has an excellent director of communications, Pete Czymbor. True story, one time Pete used the official WesternMassMMA.com laptop for posting a snow delay update to the Brockton's fanpage. King Mo was walking around with Ryan Quinn which of course Big City was starstruck. Before the show they opened up the doors at 6pm and had some bands perform such as a Bon Jovi cover band, Living on a Bad Name. BCapp performed two songs and the national anthem has sung. The refs are Paul Asimar and Gary Ebelin. The fights are about to begin so follow along with us as we recap the night.
