American Fighting Organization announced yesterday a killer matchup for their upcoming Summer Brawl which is to take place on June 22nd in Mansfield, MA. It is going to be in the 145lb division and is between Brandon Fleming and Thane Stimson!! We have written about both of these fighters and have seen many of their fights but lets break both fighters down for you all. This will be a wrestler vs wrestler or as I like to call it Bull taking on the Bull!!

Brandon Fleming put on a stellar 7-0 amateur career and has recently went pro. He had his pro debut and made it in a big way. He took on PJ Davis in Bellator on March 30th, 2012. It unfortunately didn't make the airing of the tv show and also wasn't on the bellator.com stream. He ended up winning in the first round via Peruvian necktie in 3:39. His opponent Thane will be looking to do what no one has done, and that is give Brandon his first career loss. Thane has trained with Team Pradal Serey and has recently been out west and training with Team Alpha Male. He went pro back in last November where he suffered his first professional loss to Zech Lange in a tough split decision for Warrior Nation. He usually fights in the 145lb division but recently fought at the last AFO against Tyson Chartier on April 13th. He won that fight in 2:45 in the first round via guillotine choke. Next up for Thane is on June 2nd for Reality Fighting he will be taking on Rob Font which is another tough fight for him. Then at the end of June he will be facing Brandon!! Talk about a busy June for Thane.
So far on the AFO's Summer Brawl they have announced three fights. First one was John Johnston from Sityodtong will be facing Conan Manka in the heavyweight division. This will be for the vacated heavyweight title! Then they have Steve Sandman Dunn who will be fighting Joe Powers. I have even heard that their own DJ Brandon Newman will be fighting on this card.
