Image may contain: 2 people, text

Premier FC 22 is just days away from invading Chez Josef in Agawam Mass.  The date is March 11th and the doors open at 6pm with the first fight taking place at 7pm.  Drinks and food will be there while the carnage ensues in the cage.  There are a total of 11 fights including 3 amateur title fights.  Also on the card are 4 pro fights and of course the card features many of the favorite locals that PFC fans are accustomed to.  The venue is a nice place that is easy to get in and out unlike some of the city shows.  Get your tickets at the link here.  I hope to see you all there and follow along as I break down the entire fight card for you.  This will be the exact fight order assuming no weigh in issues.

175 AM Ray Johns (Thunder) 1-11 vs. Jordan Allen Boisvert (Triumph) 0-2

In the first fight Ray Johns will take on Jordan Allen Boisvert at 175 lbs.  Johns trains with Team Thunder and comes into this fight with a 1-11 record.  He lost the majority of his fights by ko/tko and submissions.  He won his first fight by submission against Jason Showers at  PFC 20.  One thing I would like to note is this is John's 9th time fighting for Premier FC.  His opponent is Jordan Allen Boisvert and he trains with Triumph.  He comes into this fight with an 0-2 record with 1 loss by submission and 1 loss by decision.  This is a great first fight and should be a solid battle to start off the night of action.

170 AM Joe Mikolinski (FAA CT) 1-0 vs. Mario Peterson (Xtreme Ambition) 2-0

Next up at 170 lbs Joe Mikolinski will take on Mario Peterson.  Joe trains with FAA CT and comes into this fight with a record of 1-0.  He won  his first fight by unanimous decision against Shane Brady at the CES in Plymouth.  His opponent is Mario Peterson and he trains out of NY with Xtreme Ambition.  He comes into this fight with a 2-0 record with both wins by ko/tko to strikes.  This should be a close battle and another good fight for PFC.

145 AM Miguel Cuevas (Battlecrew) 1-0 vs. Kenny Champion (Golden Falcon) 1-1

At 145 lbs Miguel Cuevas will square off against Kenny Champion.  Miguel trains with Battlecrew and comes into this fight with a 1-0 record.  He has 1 win by submission against Dennis Brown at the last PFC show.  His opponent is Kenny Champion and he trains out of CT with Golden Falcon.  He comes into this fight with a 1-1 record with 1 win by ko/tko and 1 loss by ko/tko.  Their records are identical and both are from solid teams.  I expect this one to be a quick fast paced fight.

170 AM Bobby Garner (Mike Brown/Florida) 0-0 vs. Jason Showers (Xtreme Ambition) 0-2

Then Bobby Garner will face off against Jason Showers at 170 lbs.  Garner trains with Mike Brown in Florida and will be making his amateur debut.  His opponent is Jason Showers and he trains out of NY with Xtreme Ambition.  He comes into this fight with an 0-2 record with 1 loss by ko/tko and 1 by submission.  Both fighters are hungry for their first wins and I am thankful they are traveling all the way to Western Mass to put on a show for us in the cage.

155 AM TITLE Charles Bonar (FAA) 3-0 vs. Nick Fiori (Renzo Gracie) 1-1

At 155 lbs Charles Bonar will be taking on Nick Fiori for the title.  Bonar trains with Fighting Arts Academy and comes into this fight with a 3-0 record.  In the win column, he has 1 win by ko/tko and 2 by way of submission.  He will be looking to keep his perfect record intact.  In his way is the opponent Nick Fiori who trains with Renzo Gracie NH.  He comes into this fight with a 1-1 record with 1 win by submission and 1 loss by ko/tko from a slam.  Both fighters seem to be comfortable on the ground so I see this one being a ground battle.

170 AM TITLE Pat Casey (Team Link) 5-1 vs. Angelo Richardson (Golden Falcon) 2-1

Pat Casey returns to the PFC cage against Angelo Richardson for the Premier FC 170 lbs Amateur Title.  Pat Casey is a 5-1 righter and trains with Team Link.  In the win column, he has 3 wins by ko/tko to strikes and 2 by way of decision.  His only loss came by a ko/tko in Rd 3 at a former PFC event.  If you haven't seen our Featured Fighter on Pat Casey please check it out here.  His opponent is Angelo Richardson and he trains with Golden Falcon.  He comes into this fight with a 2-1 record with  2 wins by submission and 1 loss by split decision.  This should be a solid close battle and I see it being a ground battle.  I give the slight edge to Casey in this one due to his fight experience.

205 AM TITLE William Knight (Thornton) 4-1 vs. Ron Marshall (Anubis) 1-2

William Knight will be taking on Ron Marshall for the PFC 205 title.  Knight trains out of Thornton Martial Arts and comes into this fight with a 4-1 record.  For his wins, he has 3 wins by ko/tko and 1 by submission.  His only loss came by a decision to Jose Campos at a previous Reality Fighting event.  It is important to note that Knight's loss came at the heavyweight division and he has been perfect at his fight weight of 205.  His opponent is Ron Marshall and he trains with Team Anubis.  He comes into this fight with a 1-2 record.  He has 1 win by decision and both of his losses came by way of submission.  This is going to be an absolute war.  Knight trains hard and has shown great cardio in his fights.  I am curious to see if Marshall will be able to keep up with Knight's intensity.  Don't blink when these 2 behemoths collide.

130 PRO Sarah Payant (Gladiator BJJ) 1-4 vs. Tammy Worrick (Xtreme Ambition) 0-0

In the first pro fight of the night Sarah Payant will face off against Tammy Worrick at a catch weight of 130 lbs.  Payant trains with Gladiator BJJ and comes into this fight with a 1-4 record.  Sarah won her first pro fight by submission and has since then lost 4 straight fights.  She has been training hard and knows she needs this win.  Her opponent is Tammy Worrick and she trains with Xtreme Ambition.  She will be making her pro debut and is a coach at the school.  As an amateur she went 2-3 with 1 win by ko/tko and 1 by submission.  For her losses, she lost 2 by submission and 1 by decision.  PFC fans will remember her last PFC fight against Hannah Murello in which she lost by submission in Rd 3 but fought very hard in it.  I see this one being a ground battle and is going to be real fun to watch.  I am big fans of both of these ladies.

185 PRO Sean Evans (BST) 0-1 vs. Montoyia Swilling (Gods Team) 0-7

At 185 lbs Sean Evans steps into the cage against Montoyia Swilling.  Evans trains with Team BST and comes into this fight with an 0-1 record.  He went 3-1 as an amateur and lost his first pro fight by ko/tko against Justin Sumter.  His opponent is Montoyia Swilling and he trains with God's Team.  He comes into this fight with an 0-7 record with all first round stoppages by ko/tko and submission.  He is still hungry for his first win.  I see Evans winning this fight early by submission.

170 PRO Addison O'Neil (DCNU) 2-4 vs. Nick Alley (Team Link) 2-0

At 170 lbs Addison O'Neil will be facing off against Nick Alley.  Addison trains with DCNU and comes into this fight with a 2-4 record.  He has 1 win by ko/tko and 1 win by submission.  In the loss column, he lost 2 by ko/tko, 1 by sub and 1 by decision.  Addison is a tough fighter and has fought tough fights his entire career.  This one is going to be another challenge for him.  His opponent is Nick Alley and he trains with Team Link in NH.  He comes into this fight with a perfect 2-0 record with both wins by way of submission.  This is an awesome match up and if I had to choose I would give the slight edge to Alley and I see him winning it by submission in Round 2 but really it could go either way.

HVY PRO Walter Taylor (Team Taylor) 1-0 vs. Justin Sumter (FAA CT) 2-1

Next up is a heavyweight pro fight between Walter Taylor and Justin Sumter.  Taylor trains out of Team Taylor and comes into this fight with a 1-0 record.  As an amateur he went 4-3 and won his first pro fight against James Dysard by ko/tko in just 34 seconds.  He has some grappling fights and is nicknamed the Submission King.  His opponent is Justin Sumter who trains with FAA CT.  He comes into this fight with a 2-1 record with 1 win by ko/tko and 1 win by submission.  He lost his pro debut by ko/tko to strikes against Tim Caron at Bellator 153.  Sumter is so hard to match with people as of late and I for one am thankful that Taylor has stepped up.  This should be a back and forth battle on the ground.

There you have the complete breakdown of the Premier FC 22 card.  Premier FC and their team have worked hard promoting and matching this one and it is now just days away from happening.  Special thanks to Karyn Wesch for always keeping us in the loop.  Warchild and I will be making the trip to keep you all in the loop so please come say Hi.  If you enjoyed reading this article please share with your fans.  Thanks we really appreciate your continued support.
