Peggy Morgan and Roxanne Modaferri Make Ultimate Fighter 18 Debut

UFC announced their full lineup for The Ultimate Fighter Season 18 which will debut on September 4th on Fox Sports 1.  32 hopefuls fight to make their way into the house to be on the team of Ronda Rousey or Miesha Tate.  The special kicker this year is that there will be men and women together living in the house and of course it is the first time for the ladies to be on TUF.  On the list New Hampshire's Peggy Morgan and Pittsfield MA Roxanne Modaferri will compete to make the show.  As Mass-MMA.com has said in their previous article it sure looks like Peggy Morgan is seen in the trailer full mount so we are all hoping for the best for them in New England.  Peggy is a 2-0 fighter and can be a contender for sure.  She is very tall and has great striking.  Not to mention her ground game is solid too.  I think with a little help from Ronda with some judo throws and she is going to be tough for any women to beat.  Roxanne has a 15-10 record and is real solid on the ground.  She has 10 decisions and 4 submissions.  She fought for Strikeforce twice and she beat Marloes Coenen back in 2007.  She has been fighting since 2003 and in fact the Boss Jeremy Reipold told me about how she used to train back in Amherst with them back in the day.  She has been in Japan lately training and working her tail off and is ready to take her MMA to the next level.  We here at WesternMassMMA.com will definitely be keeping a close eye on these two ladies from New England when the season starts in September.  For the full fighter list check after the break.
