It is a cold March New England day but the mma fans in New England don't mind. They are all here to see Premier FC 22 occur. There are a total of 9 fights happening tonight with 4 of them being pro and 3 of them being amateur title fights. One fight dropped off as Mario Peterson did not show up to weigh ins so Joe Mikolinski's fight was scrapped. Another late scratch was the Justin Sumter/Walter Taylor fight. Zack Lynch is the head photographer and the refs are Steve Rita and Bryan Miner. I see lots of celebrities in the building, Stephen Domenico, Nicola Faraone, clean-shaven Dennis Olson, Nick Newell, Damien Trites, Gladiator Santos, Marco Alvan, Mike Brown to name a few. Premier FC is getting ready to start so please follow long as we recap the night.
175 AM Ray Johns (Thunder) 1-11 vs. Jordan Allen Boisvert (Triumph) 0-2
Jordan rushes in and slams Ray to the mat. He has the side and pins his leg on Ray's arm. He is laying down heavy fists trying hard to get the stoppage. Ray weathers the storm and now Jordan is looking for the guillotine. Ray works his way to his feet and Jordan is still trying hard for that guillotine. Jordan pulls him to the mat into a d'arce but runs out of time.

Rd 2: Jordan works the quick double leg takedown. He gets pushed back into guard and then moves to half guard. He moves to full mount and is trying for the rear naked choke but runs out of time.

Rd 3: Jordan scoops Ray up and slams him to the mat. They start out in north south and Jordan passes to full mount briefly and then gets pushed back to half and then to guard. Jordan is on the side and drops one hammerfist to the body.

145 AM Miguel Cuevas (Battlecrew) 1-0 vs. Kenny Champion (Golden Falcon) 1-1
They both come out swinging. Kenny is connecting with the cleaner shots so far. He connects with a couple good uppercuts that sends Miguel back. Miguel connects with a counter that drops Kenny. He takes the back and is trying to get the finish. He gets the tap for the win. Wow what fight!!

170 AM Bobby Garner (ATT Florida) 0-0 vs. Jason Showers (Xtreme Ambition) 0-2
Jason connects with a combo and the overhand right that drops Bobby. He finishes him off with some ground and pound for the ref stoppage.

155 AM TITLE Charles Bonar (FAA) 3-0 vs. Nick Fiori (Renzo Gracie) 1-1
Nick starts us out with an outside leg kick. They clinch and reverse. Nick gets in a good knee to the body. Nick picks Charles up and slams him hard to the mat. He takes his back and is looking for the rear naked choke. He gets the tap.

170 AM TITLE Pat Casey (Team Link) 5-1 vs. Angelo Richardson (Golden Falcon) 2-1
Angelo rushes in and is stuffed. He tries for another takedown and Pat sprawls and gets in a couple uppercuts. Angelo drops down and Pat defends again and makes him pay with a few more punches. Angelo with a good outside leg kick. Pat connects with another right. Angelo with a front kick to the upper chest. Pat rushes in and takes Angelo down. He takes the back and the bell sounds.

Rd 2: Angelo with an inside leg kick. Pat gets in a good body shot. He lets out a barrage of punches and Angelo weathers the storm. They are back to the center exchanging kicks. Angelo with a solid body kick that connects. Angelo goes high that is checked. Angelo connects with a kick to the upper body as the round ends.

Rd 3: Angelo connects with a kick and Pat counters. Angelo with two quick punches. Pat gets an uppercut through that snaps Angelo's head back. Both fighters are starting to feel fatigue. Both fighters exchange punches. Pat with two jabs gets the crowd roaring. Pat catches a front kick and works two straight rights in.

Rd 4: They are both swinging away. They clinch and Angelo gets in a knee to the body. Crowd is changing Angelo. Pat looks for the takedown but can't get it. Pat connected with a combo. Angelo gets in a combo and Pat Casey gets the takedown. Angelo goes in and gets in a knee to the body.

Rd 5: Angelo starts it off with a straight right. Angelo gets hit in the cup. Fight resumes and they are both swinging hard. Pat tries for a takedown but can't get it. Pat goes for a takedown and has him midair and Angelo grabs the cage. They move to the other side of the cage and Angelo takes Pat's back and gets him to the mat. He is looking for the rear naked choke but runs out of time.

Pat Casey defeats Angelo Richardson via unanimous decision. 50-45, 48-47, 50-45. Pat Casey is the new PFC champ.
205 AM TITLE William Knight (Thornton) 4-1 vs. Ron Marshall (Anubis) 1-2
Will scoops him up and flips Ron over his head. Will is in northsouth looking for the americana. He moves to full mount and Ron gives up his back. He works the ground and pound for the stoppage.
William Knight defeats Ron Marshall via ref stoppage to strikes at 1:56 in Rd 1. William Knight is now the PFC light heavyweight champ.
130 PRO Sarah Payant (Gladiator BJJ) 1-4 vs. Tammy Worrick (Xtreme Ambition) 0-0
Sarah starts us off with a punch. Sarah clinches and connects with some knees to the head. They break and are back to the center. Tammy gets in two leg kicks. Both fighters exchange punches. Tammy is getting in some solid kicks and Sarah is countering nicely. Tammy throws a kick and Sarah catches it and sweeps the leg. She is in half guard and passes to full mount. Sarah gets in an elbow and works an armbar for the quick tap.
Sarah Payant defeats Tammy Worrick via tapout to armbar at 4:29 in Rd 1.
185 PRO Sean Evans (BST) 0-1 vs. Montoyia Swilling (Gods Team) 0-7
Sean ducks under a kick and gets the slamming takedown. He is in half guard and is softening him up with some punches. Montoyia is not defending. Sean digs the hooks in and gets the tap to the rear naked choke.

170 PRO Addison O'Neil (DCNU) 2-4 vs. Nick Alley (Team Link) 2-0
Nick starts us off with a leg kick. Addison connects with a full on cup shot that I am sure they heard at the back of the room. Fight resumes and Addison goes high. Nick connects with an outside leg kick. Addison just misses with another high kick. Addison is now pressing Nick up against the cage. Nick reverses and Addison trips him down to the mat. He is in half guard and swipes down with an elbow. Nick is doing a good job at defending. Nick works his way up and gets in a few punches from the top as the round ends.

Rd 2: Addison dives for the takedown and gets it. Nick stands back up and Addison takes him down to the mat. Nick works his way up once again. He connects with some ground and pound and Addison is hurt. He gets the ref stoppage for the W.
