115 AM Adina Beaudry (2-0 Evolution Athletix) vs. Traci Baldwin (1-0 Thornton)

First fight is at 115 lbs between Adina Beaudry and Traci Baldwin.  Adina trains with Evolution Athletix and comes into this fight with a 2-0 record with 1 win by decision and 1 win by ko/tko.  She has been out of the cage a bit due to having a handsome boy but is now ready to step back into the cage again.  Her opponent is Traci Baldwin and she trains with Thornton Martial Arts.  She comes into this fight with a 1-0 record with her 1 win by submission.  This is going to be an exciting first battle right off the bat as both of these ladies are undefeated and as we all know there can only be 1 winner!

135 AM Schuyler Vallaincourt (0-1 Nostos MMA) vs. Dillon Henry (0-1 First Class)

Next up is a fight at 135 lbs between Schuyler Vallaincourt and Dillon Henry.  Schuyler trains with Nostos MMA and comes into this fight with an 0-1 record.  He lost his first fight by submission back at NEF 36.  He is still hungry for his first taste of victory.  His opponent is Dillon Henry and he trains with First Class.  He comes into this fight with a record of 0-1 with 1 loss by submission.  As you can see both fighters have identical record and one of them will be going home Saturday night with their first win.

Then at 155 lbs amateur Clifford Redman will be taking on Nate White.  Redman trains as an independent fighter and comes into this fight with an 0-8 record.  Out of his 8 losses, he lost 4 by ko/tko to strikes and 4 to submission.  His opponent is Nate White and he trains with the Rumford Hardcore.  He will be making his amateur debut.  Both of these ammies will be looking to get their first win so we know they are gonna bring it!

Then at 145 lbs Jesse Fitzsimmons will be taking on Brandon Maillet-Fevens.  Jesse trains with Nostos MMA and will be making his amateur debut.  His opponent is Brandon Maillet-Fevens and he trains out of CMBJJ.  He comes into this fight with an 0-1 record with 1 loss by kimura.  Both of these fighters are from good schools so I know they are both going to bring it this Saturday.

At 170 lbs Jason Landry will be taking on Justin Borazcek.  Landry is an independent fighter who will be making his amateur debut.  His opponent is Justin Boraczek and he trains with Spero's MMA.  He comes into this fight with a 4-2 record.  For his wins, he won 2 by ko/tko and 2 by submission.  For his losses, he lost 1 by ko/tko to strikes and 1 by submission.  In this fight Justin has the 6 fight advantage so we will have to see if that will play a factor as we don't know much about Jason Landry since he hasn't fought yet.

140 AM Megan Rosado (0-1 Evolution Athletix) vs. Amanda Bennett (0-1 First Class)

Then at 140 lbs Megan Rosado will be challenging Amanda Bennett in the cage.  Rosado trains with Evolution Athletix and comes into this fight with an 0-1 record.  She lost her first fight by a close split decision against Glory Watson.  Her opponent is Amanda Bennett and she trains with First Class MMA.  She also comes into this fight with an 0-1 record with her 1 loss by a split decision to Catie Denning.  This fight should be a great back and forth battle as they both have identical record and have proven that they can go the distance.

158 AM Brian Cosco (3-7 Sityodtong/Brazil 021) vs. Garry Carr (1-0 CMBJJ)

Then at a catch weight of 158 lbs Brian Cosco will be taking on Garry Carr.  Cosco trains with Sityodtong and Brazil 021 and comes into this fight with a 3-7 record.  For his wins he has all 3 by way of submission.  For his losses, he has lost 2 by ko/tko, 3 by submission and 2 by decision.  His opponent is Garry Carr and he trains with CMBJJ.  He comes into this fight with a 1-0 record with 1 win by submission.  Cosco can scrap and if I had to choose I would give him the edge in this battle but I see it being a ground battle.

185 AM Justin Philbrook (0-0 Independent) vs. Titus Pannell (T4C)

At 185 lbs Justin Philbrook will be challenging Titus Pannell.  Justin is an independent fighter and will be making his amateur debut.  His opponent is Titus Pannell and he trains with T4C.  He will also be making his amateur debut.  Not much to write about this one but it should be another exciting one.

Then at 145 lbs Zac Richard will be taking on Tom Pagliarulo for the coveted 145 NEF amateur belt.  Richard trains with Nostos MMA and comes into this fight with a 3-0-1 record.  For his wins he has 2 by ko/tko and 1 by submission.  NEF fans should remember his last war with Fred Lear that ended in a draw.  His opponent is Tom Pagliarulo and he trains with Spero's/Burgess.  He comes into this fight with a 2-1 record with 1 win by ko/tko and 1 win by submission.  His one loss came by submission at Combat Zone 65.  This is going to be a back and forth battle and I see it being mostly standup.

170 AM TITLE Duncan Smith (4-3 Evolution Athletix) (c) vs. Jon Tefft (2-0 First Class)

Then at 170 lbs Duncan Smith will be facing off against Jon Tefft for the title.  Duncan trains with Evolution Athletix and comes into this fight with a 4-3 record.  In the win column he has 3 wins by submission and 1 by way of decision.  For his losses, he lost 3 by submission.  His opponent is Jon Tefft and he trains with First Class MMA.  He comes into this fight with a perfect 2-0 record with both wins by ko/tko to strikes.  He has not fought since 2017 but I am sure that First Class have kept him up to speed.  I think this will be a back and forth battle and it is going to come down to if Duncan can take this fight to the ground.  I think Smith will have the advantage there and Jon will want to keep this one standing for a bit.  I, for one, can't wait for this one!

135 AM TITLE Taylor Thompson (3-0 BST) vs. Andrea Howland (MI Top Team)

Then at 135 lbs Taylor Thompson will be taking on Andrea Howland for the NEF title.  Taylor trains with BST and comes into this fight with a perfect 3-0 record.  She  has won 1 by ko/tko, 1 by submission and 1 decision.  Her opponent is Andrea Howland and she trains with MI Top Team.  She comes into this fight with a 2-0 record with both wins by decision.  This fight has fight of the night written all over it.  As you can see both fighters have proven they can go the distance and they both have good stand up.  I see this one being a back and forth stand up war.

135 AM TITLE Henry Clark (5-4 Choi Institute) vs. Kam Arnold (4-0 CMBJJ) (c)

At 135 lbs Henry Clark will be squaring off against Kam Arnold for the NEF title.  Henry train with Choi's Institute and comes into this fight with a 5-4 record with 4 wins by submission and 1 by decision.  For his losses, he lost 2 by ko/tko and 2 by decision.  His opponent is Kam Arnold and he trains with CMBJJ.  He comes into this fight with a 4-0 record with all 4 wins by ko/tko.  This is going to be another fight of the night candidate as both these fighters are always entertaining to watch.  Kam will want to keep this fight standing and Henry will most likely be trying to get this fight onto the mat.  Now onto the pro fights!

135 PRO Bryan Bullock (1-0 Hayastan MMA) vs. Fred Lear (0-0 Young's MMA)

For the first pro fight Bryan Bullock will be taking on Fred Lear at 135 lbs.  Bullock trains in NC with Hayastan MMA and comes into this fight with a 1-0 record.  He has his 1 pro win by ko/tko to strikes and as an amateur he went 7-5.  His opponent is Fred Lear and he trains with Young's MMA. He will be making his pro debut and as an amateur he went 6-2-1.  Both of these guys have lots of experience so I see this one being a back and forth war.

Then at 155 lbs Keegan Hornstra will be taking on Zenon Herrera.  Keegan trains with Evolution Athletix and comes into this fight with a 3-10 record.  For his wins, he has 1 by ko/tko to strikes and 2 by submission.  For his losses, he lost 4 by ko/tko and 6 by way of submission.  His opponent is Zenon Herrera and he trains with Team SMOG.  He comes into this fight with a 1-7 record with his 1 win by decision.  For his losses, he lost 2 by ko/tko and 5 by submission.  I think this will be a ground battle and is a great match up.

At 155 lbs Caleb Hall will be squaring off against Jay Ellis.  Hall trains with Choi Institute and comes into this fight with a 2-0 record with both wins by submission.  His opponent is Jay Ellis and he trains with Team Knockout.  He comes into this fight with a 15-85 record.  For his wins, he has 3 by ko/tko and 12 by submission.  For his losses, he lost 20 by ko/tko, 60 by submission and 4 by decision.  Looks like he is real close to achieving the 100 fight loss mark!  I see Caleb winning this one easily by submission in Rd 1.

265 PRO Charles Penn (0-0 Hayastan MMA) vs. Ras Hylton (3-2 First Class/Dragonfire)

In the main event Charles Penn will be taking on Ras Hylton in a huge heavyweight showdown.  Penn trains with Hayastan MMA.  Penn will be making his pro debut and as an amateur went 1-2 .  His opponent is Ras Hylton and he trains with First Class and Dragonfire.  He comes into this fight with a 3-2 record.  For his wins, he has all 3 by ko/tko and for his lost them by ko/tko as well.  This is going to be a striking war and don't blink!
