1. When and Why did you get into MMA??
I wrestled thru middle school and high school and I loved the competition aspect. Me and BJ Marino(5-1 AFO pro) actually wrestled at the same high school together and eventually my family moved a house over from his family and a couple years after high school BJ invited me to come check out LA Boxing in North Attleboro, MA and I instantly fell in love with MMA.

2. Do you have a background in martial arts, boxing , wrestling etc?
Yea I took Kenpo Karate from ages 8-11 and wrestled from 11-18

3. What's you nickname, how did you get it?
The Holy Terror...I t was actually given to me by Mark Vaz at a Boxing event in Foxwoods, He gave it to me cuz of my religious tattoos on my left forearm

4. What are your ultimate goals in the sport?
To obtain a title in the the AFO, and eventually move on to Strikeforce, Bellator, or UFC...But ultimately, Id love to support my family thu fighting.

5. What do you think about your next opponent?
Classless, disrespectful, and just an absolute punk!

6. How do you see the fight going/being finished?
Either him being ko'd with a left hook or a knee, or it'll wind up on the ground where I either tko him or he'll give up his back as usual and Ill just submit him.

7. What weight do you walk at/how much do you cut to fight?
I walk pretty close to 135 which is why Ill be dropping to 125 after 1 more fight at 135. The most Ive had to cut was 12lbs and that was for the March 4th AFO card.

8. What's your favorite part about fighting?
Training til your dead and getting your hand raised at the end of it all, nothing better

9. What's the worst part about fighting?
Punks who have no class and disrespect the sport

10. Anyone locally or in the big's that you really would love to fight, and why?
Christian Rivera, I think he's really good guy, funny as hell, but I think we match up really well and I'd love to see what the outcome would be. Graeme Prue as well, Me and Graeme were supposed to fight in my pro debut but Graeme was working alot and he didnt wanna step in the cage and not give 100% and I have so much respect for that. So yea I think those 2 would be exciting to watch.

11. What do you feel is your best weapon in your fights?
my wrestling and jiu jitsu, Ive been on the mat more than half my life so grappling is def my best weapon. But Team United has my stand up progressing fast so who knows maybe muay lao will turn into my best weapon.

12. What is your favorite foods that you miss while cutting weight??
Well Im not gonna lie Im a junk food junkie lol but mainly pizza and Taco Bell lol...This drop to 125 is gonna suck!!

13. What is your most memorable moment to date in MMA??
Finish my 3rd Pro Fight in 2:30mins with an RNC for sub of the night and my first pro win. First time I ever sat on the top of the cage and the crowd chanted my name, man that was the best feeling.

I wanna thank first and foremost Team United Muay Lao and all my coaches and teammates they’re all beasts every single one of em and I love you guys like my 2nd family. I wanna thank my sponsors Armchair QB Authentics, Get Punched, Soul Mind Fist Fight Shops, and Rich O's Photography for going outta your way to help me whenever I needed it. My Family, my friends, and my kick ass fans, Winning wouldn’t mean as much if you guys weren’t there to share it with so thank you for supporting me over these past 2-1/2yrs even when things weren’t goin good, you guys still said positive things to help me come back stronger and more confident...so thank you for that and your constant support...And last but definitely not least, My big bro in this sport the reason Im even fighting, BJ Marino..You took me under your wing and molded me from alittle punkass to a classy, respectful, fighter who loves his sport and gives it his all everytime. Im nowhere near as talented as BJ cuz the dudes just a natural athlete, good at everything he does, but training with him made me that much better and no 135er has ever hit me as hard as he has. He deserves the most thanks for taking me to LA Boxing and introducing this to me...He’s serving in the Army right now I wanna wish him the best of luck, we all miss him, and cant wait til he comes home!

WesternmassMMA.com would like to thank Theo for taking the time to answer our questions.  That is it for now til next time!  Everyone go to AFO May 6th at Fall Rivers to see him fight!
