The fights that stand out for me are the Mark Hoxie vs. Shawn Baker fight.  Hoxie is looking for his first pro win and he says this is his last fight ever.  Let's hope he goes out with a bang and puts on a show for us all!!  Light's Out Rico takes on The Mantis Matt Doherty from TPS.  Doherty never takes an easy fight and this one is definitely no exception.  If you haven't heard of Rico, then you obviously haven't been paying attention to our site LOL.  Rico is ranked #1 NortheastMMA.net 135er amateur from Sityodtong and comes in with an outstanding record of 5-0 and most of the victories are from KO punch. Doherty has never been knocked out and can stand and bang with the best of em so you definitely don't want to blink on this fight!!  Another exciting fight is going to be Kody "Norwegian Assassin" Nordby taking on Jared Sarno.  Kody is now 3-0 and ranked #8 and Jared is ranked #7 on the 135er ranks.  Both fighters have great wrestling backgrounds so I am predicting this to be a battle on the ground.  Maybe both of their wrestling will cancel each other out and they will be standing and banging the whole time.  What do you all think??  One thing is for certain, whoever wins this one will be moving up in the ranks! I am happy to see Tom Evans from TUML in the cage.  He works hard on training the guys and looked great on his grappling match last month so I know he is ready to go!  Lastly you all saw the article we did a while back about Tommy Venticinque looking to fight a top MMA fighter in his division.  Joe Palazio has stepped up and comes in with a record of 3-2 and is coming off a 6 second TKO ref stoppage due to punches.  Start your Thanksgiving Weekend off right with some good old MMA smashing in the cage!!
