📰TEASER--📰 AMMO FIGHT LEAGUE--3/12/2022

Ammo Fight League returns this Saturday March 12th, 2022.  The show will be taking place at the Big E in West Springfield at the Mallory Arena.  The doors will be opening up at 4pm and the fight will be starting around 5pm.  Please note that they are starting the fights earlier because the full 17 match fight card has stayed intact!  Bill Vigil and team have done an excellent job at keeping the fight card together and now their hard work will pay off this Saturday.  The fights are all amateur battles and will be featuring some up and comers from the Western Mass and CT area that you definitely don't want to miss.  This should be the exact fight order for this Saturday so feel free to save it or use it for references.  Let me break down the fight card for you.  I will be skipping the 0-0 matches since there is not much insight to add to those.

135 AM Timothy Roberts (Legacy 0-0) vs. Tristin Joyce (Karasu Tengu Academy 0-0)
155 AM Joshua Schwartz (Ascension Athletics 0-0 ) vs. Alex Luckham (NESF 0-0)

At 145 lbs Nestor Yuja will be taking on Connor Morrill.  Nestor trains with PSDTC and comes into this fight with an 0-1 record with a loss by ko/tko to strikes.  His opponent is Connor Morrill and he trains with Karasu Tengu Academy.  He steps into this fight with an 0-1 record with his 1 loss by decision at a former Combat Zone show.  Records are "virtually identical" so this should make for a close battle!

135 AM Erick Alvarado (Heavy Hitters Club 0-0) vs. Angel Acevedo (IronBody MMA 1-0)

Then at 135 lbs Erick Alvarado will be taking on Angel Acevedo.  Erick trains with Heavy Hitters Club and he will be making his amateur debut.  His opponent is Angel Acevedo and he trains with IronBody MMA.  He comes into this fight with a 1-0 record with his 1st win by split decision.  I see this one being a stand up battle.

185 AM Maren Lancaster (Black Wolf 1-0) vs. Ken Paulson (Hudson Combat Academy 0-0)

At 185 lbs Maren Lancaster will be squaring off against Ken Paulson.  Maren trains with Black Wolf and steps into this fight with a 1-0 record.  He won his first battle at a previous Ammo by ko/tko in Round 1.  He would love another quick knockout.  His opponent is Ken Paulson and he trains with Hudson Combat Academy.  He will be making his amateur debut.  I see this one also being a stand up battle.

At 155 lbs Justin Graves will be challenging Rodolfo Silva in the Ammo cage.  Graves trains out of Team Thunder and comes into this fight with a 1-0 record with a win by ko/tko to strikes in Round 1 at a previous Ammo event.  His opponent is Rodolfo Silva and he trains with Hudson Combat Academy.  He comes into this fight with an 0-1 record with his one loss by way of decision.  Once again, this is another close battle which should make it a fun one to watch.
