PREMIER FC 32 LIVE REVIEW 11/19/2021

Premier FC is back tonight with 9 professional fights.  The commentators are Carlos Correia and the Notorious Nick Newell.  The announcer for the evening is Dave Ginsberg.  The fights are about to start so please follow along.

 

125 PRO Niyaz Ahmed (0-0) vs Blaze Robinson (Kuzushi Combat Club 0-0)

Rd 1:  Niyaz tries for a takedown and gets it.  Niyaz is doing a great job of controlling the fight in the guard.  Niyaz gets kicked off and Blaze is trying to get to his feet.  As he gets up Niyaz gets in a jumping knee to the face.  Niyaz gets another takedown and is in the guard.

Rd 2:  Niyaz gets the double leg takedown.  Blaze holds him down and the ref stands him up.  Niyaz gets in a high kick.  Niyaz gets the takedown again.  They roll and Niyaz looks to be trying for an armbar.  Niyaz gets a triangle and is trying to get the tap.  He runs out of time.

Rd 3:  Niyaz presses Blaze up against the cage.  Blaze reverses and then a cup shot.  Niyaz takes a minute and the fight resumes.  Niyaz tries for a wheelhouse kick and Blaze ends up on top.  They scramble and Niyaz ends up in guard.  He passes to the side and then gets pushed to half guard.  He passes to full mount and Blaze uses the cage and gets in a few hammerfists on top as the round ends.

PREMIER FC 32 TEASER 11/19/2021

Premier FC is back with a stacked card for us all!  The show will be taking place at the Mass Mutual Center in Springfield Mass on November 19th.   The card is an all pro show with 11 fights including 1 title fight.  The doors will be opening at 6pm and tickets are still available at the link here.  Do not wait until the last minute as this show is sure to sell out!  For those who can't make it, there is a PPV stream for $16.99 at the link here.  Also we broke earlier this week that there will be another Premier FC show happening December 11th in Springfield that will be all amateur.  I am sure we will get more details at the show this Friday.  Let me break down the fight card in its entirety for you all.

145 PRO Kideby Gordon (0-0 Regiment) vs Kenny Champion (2-1 Golden Falcon) 

In the first pro fight of the night Kideby Gordon will be taking on Kenny Champion.  Gordon trains with Regiment.  He will be making his pro debut.  His opponent is Kenny Champion and he trains with Golden Falcon.  He comes into this fight with a 2-1 record with wins by 2 KO and his 1 loss by ko/tko at Bellator.  I see this one being a stand up war!  Kenny always puts on a show for the fans.

PREMIER FC 31--8 MAN 155 LB TOURNAMENT-- LIVE REVIEW 9/18/2021

The day is finally here!!  Premier FC is back and it should make for a historic event.  Premier FC has put together a state first 155 lb pro tournament for their coveted title.  8 men will compete for 1 round and the winners will advance to the semi finals.  Then they will fight again for 1 round and move onto the title fight for their title fight which will be the last fight of the night.  Then mixed in between will be some amateur battles and some awesome professional fights!  The doors open at 5pm to the Mass Mutual Center and the first fight is set to start at 6pm.  Warchild and I will be there keeping you all up to date with the latest action.  Also, for you fight fans at home you can order the stream on fite.tv website for $14.99.   Dave Ginsberg is the host of the evening and the commentators are the New England studs Nick Newell and Carlos Correia aka the Dog Whisperer.  Please follow along as I try to keep up with all the action!

155 PRO TOURNAMENT QUARTER FINAL 

D'Juan Owens (18-16-1) vs. Anthony Pike

They both rush in with a punch.  Anthony gets a combo and takes D’Juan down.  D’Juan sweeps and they are back to their feet.  Anthony is pressing D’Juan up against the cage and is trying for a double leg.  He gets it and is working the guard.  D’Juan is working his way up and Anthony has his back.  He is getting in some knees to the head.  D’Juan pushes Anthony to the center and Anthony pushes him right back against the cage.  D’Juan goes high with a kick and Anthony is trying for a double leg takedown.  D’Juan his hold of the neck but Anthony gets the takedown right before the round ends.

Anthony Pike defeats D’Juan Owens by decision and advances to the semi finals.

PREMIER FC 30 TEASER 2/29/2020

Premier FC returns this Saturday to the Mass Mutual Center with their 30th installment to date.  This one is a mixed martial arts with amateur and pro bouts.  The doors will be opening at 6pm and the first fight will be starting at 7pm.  The tickets at the box office are sold out but there might be some available as the fighters turn in their tickets.  The event will also be streamed on Fite.TV at the link here.  Of course, Warchild and I will also be in attendance keeping you all up to date on what is happening with our live review.  This is the official fight card and should be the exact order for the night so feel free to print it out and bring it with you!  Let me break down the fight card in its entirety for you.
